Immunity Boosters

In my opinion, there’s nothing worse than a summer cold! The weather is beautiful outside, but you’re stuck in the house congested, hot, tired and just out of it. Say goodbye to yucky colds and hello to vitamins, nutrients, and hydration! These immunity boosters are not only refreshing, but they provide your body with anti oxidants, anti inflammatory properties and they taste great! Here’s what I used…

1 tsp Dr. Sebi’s bromide plus powder
1 cup watermelon with seeds
1/2 piece of chopped ginger
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
2  0.25 oz pkgs of unflavored gelatin
1 cup spring water

First scoop out 1 cup of watermelon along with the seeds. *Gasp!*  yes we’re using the seeds also. I wouldn’t recommend using seedless, however, it’s a personal preference. I choose not to because seeded is as close to real as we’re probably going to get in this day and age. I also have a few conspiracy theories about that too lol. Anywho the seeds actually contain a lot of great vitamins and nutrients. They also have a light nutty flavor. Place watermelon in the blender.

Next scoop 1 teaspoon of bromide plus powder into the blender. This is the strongest flavored supplement that I’ve tasted in a looooong time. If it wasn’t so healthy I wouldn’t use it. The powder consists of Irish sea moss and bladderwrack. It’s great for your digestive system, its a good source of iodine and many other amazing things.

Now chop the ginger. You can skip this step and blend it whole, depending on how powerful your blender is.

Combine all ingredients, add 1 cup of warm spring water and blend until smooth. At this time add in the gelatine.

Pour mixture into mold and freeze. That’s it! Now you have a delicious cold treat packed with everything you need to get you back feeling awesome and enjoying the weather! Comment below your favorite conspiracy theory! Oops I meant comment below your favorite cold remedy.
